Chris Saunders is the Data Analytics and Intelligence Manager at the Ada County Sheriff Office. He also runs the implicit bias training for the office, which is delivered to both office and patrol employees. This type of training has been the subject of much misinformation and misunderstanding. We dove deeply into what bias means for Ada County Sheriff and why the Sheriff supports this program. Enjoy!
