Brad Turpen is the CEO of the Emmett hospital that recently closed its Labor and Delivery ward. There has been a lot of discussion about the recent legislation around women's reproductive health and the ability to provide medical care to women. Brad's experience and journey trying to keep L&D open was very eye opening.
