If the events of the last 3 years have affected you negatively, you're not alone.

Perhaps it's time to ask yourself:

  • Do I want to socialize the same way I used to?
  • Is my old social circle still right for me? Is it time to make new friends?

Instead of feeling pressured to “get on with life” and “get back to normal”, listen on for three introvert-friendly and trauma-informed ways to reconnect socially, in ways that feel right for your introverted self.
