Hello everybody! I was going to drop this episode on Monday, but it was SO GOOD that I HAD to drop this episode! Today, I had the pleasure of interviewing Crystal Currie a licensed clinical mental health professional and founder of Compass Life Skills & Counseling. As an Emotional Wellness Specialist, Crystal finds herself continuously inspired by human resilience as she gets to witness her clients’ abilities to uncover strengths they did not know they had. Crystal has dealt with demons of her own, from being born to teen parents (14 and 15 years old) to grieving the loss of her alive mother. Today, she helps clients just like her past self to let go of toxic relationships and finally live a peaceful and happy life. She comes to us telling her story of how she forgave both her parents and how she had to grieve her expectations of what she wanted her mother to be... This was too good!
