First month of 2023 is officially over. How're you doing? This is usually the time where the road gets a little bit bumpy on the weight loss journey. Motivation levels also aren't as high as they were back in early January. So today I go through different ways on getting back on track. The to-do's, and not-to-do's. After last week's episode on the treadmill, I got a lot of questions asking about treadmill recommendations and home gym tips. So we go a tad in depth there too!
