Welcome to the penultimate episode of the first series (or season, depending where you are from) of The Pod Social. This is episode 7!

My guest for this episode is Lauren Fletcher, currently residing in Cheltenham and studying for Masters in PR at the University of Gloucestershire - which just so happens to be my own alma mater - whilst also taking on an internship at 10 Yetis Digitial.

This is a slightly shorter episode than usual, although the conversation in some ways was a lot more focused. We talked about the responsibility the the social media giants have, or don't have, when it comes to promoting balance on their platforms. We spoke about the relevance of print journalism, and we touched briefly upon Farmville, if anyone remembers that!?

Huge thanks to Lauren for being such a great guest, and I'd like to wish her the very best of luck in what is bound to be a bright future in the world of PR and social media.
