His newest place, Sip + Guzzle in Manhattan, is a second project with Shingo Gokan after they opened The Odd Couple in Shanghai.
We go into detail of how Steve got into bartending, how he made the step to bar ownership, and why he's happiest now standing behind his own bar, commanding the room and raising the next generation of New York City bartenders.
