Hey there everyone! Happy New Year from The Pesce & Lanzillotta Team! We've recently made some big changes to our business and joined the fastest growing real estate brokerage on Long Island, Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Laffey International. BHHS is the number one brokerage in the country and likely one of the fastest growing. We had the pleasure today to sit down with John Schoonmaker, one of the managing partners of BHHS' Long Island. His Franchise rights encompass Brooklyn, Queens, Nassau and Suffolk Counties - Some of the most coveted real estate in the world resides here. John spent the first 10 or so years of his career recruiting salespeople for insurance companies. During that time, he grew his business into one that led the industry. John had met one of his managing partners, Emmett Laffey, socially many years back and they've combined to take the Berkshire brand to Long Island. John talks us through his real estate career running the Laffey International brokerage, and now the Berkshire Brokerage.
