Britney Lane received her BA in psychology from Emmanuel College in 2019. She went on to complete her Masters of Social Work from the University of New Hampshire in 2022.
Britney works for The Mental Health Center of Greater Manchester in New Hampshire as a child and family therapist and case manager. Her work focuses on trauma therapy, which empowers children and adolescents to tell their experiences through storytelling.
Outside of work, Britney is passionate about survivor led policy change. She helped pass the Sexual Assault Survivor Bill of Rights in Rhode Island giving rights to thousands of survivors using her personal story.
Additionally, she helped pass a United Nations resolution bill which gives the 1.3 billion survivors of sexual violence access to justice.
Britney was crowned Miss NH USA 2023 this past February. She will go on to compete for the Miss USA title this fall.
