We live in a culture that sings the siren song of continual growth telling us our jobs should be getting better, our following bigger, our relationships stronger, and our ministry’s numbers going up and to the right.

But what happens when the growth slows, the circumstances change, the people stop coming, and life stops cooperating with our well-planned agenda?

What do we do when a blizzard blows out of nowhere, strikes everything, and a deep freeze settles in for years? Enjoy this first episode in our Seasons of Abiding series to learn God’s invitation for abiding in winter.

💡Today’s Big Idea:

  • Pruning is not punishment, it’s preparation.
  • This is not rejection, but an invitation to greater affection.
  • Deeper roots lead to greater fruit.
  • Rest to receive God’s best

⚡️Today’s Small Step: Ask God what season you are in and what His invitation is to you today.
