In challenging moments, it can feel as though we're lost at sea amid stormy waves. Much like the disciples who frantically sought to rouse Jesus during the tempest on the Sea of Galilee, we too might feel forsaken and perplexed when our urgent prayers seem to go unanswered.

Just as the disciples exhibited a spectrum of responses, the insights from attachment theory can illuminate our emotional reactions and behaviors during these times. Tune in to discern your fundamental attachment style and understand its impact on your connection with God. Moreover, discover strategies to foster a more profound trust and a stronger, more secure bond with your loving Father, even as the storm rages.

💡Today’s Big Idea: Jesus trusted His Father and we can, too.

⚡️Today’s Small Step: Ask Your Father to show you specifically today how trustworthy He is.
