SEBASTIAN ROGERS has been missing for over 3 months, with no new leads at the moment (to the knowledge of the public). This tragic case seems to be frustrating to many; with so many new interviews and tidbits of information floating around the internet, coupled with law enforcement remaining tight-lipped. K9 handler and Army Captain JULIA VALENTI is on the ground in Tennessee with her two K9's, volunteering in the search for SEBASTIAN. VALENTI shares the importance of K9's in these types of investigations, and gives us a better idea of how they are trained etc- truly fascinating. We continue to hold out hope that SEBASTIAN will be found.
