Doug Skaff Jr. (D - Kanawha, 057). Doug is a member of the West Virginia House of Delegates. Doug was elected in 2018 and is currently Serving as the Minority Leader for the House of Delegates. Doug had previously served for 6 years from 2009- 2104. During that time he served as Chairman of the Small Business & Economic Development Committee, Member of the Finance & Roads & Transportation Committee and Chair of the Legislative Oversight Commission on Workforce Investment for Economic Development. Skaff also Co-Chaired a Bi-Partisan Generation Legislature Caucus that he created for all newly elected legislators and current legislators between the age of 25-45 that want to work together regardless of party to move our state forward.
