Joining me on the Podcast today is the fabulously successful Aisling Cullen, who makes meatless meats for her business Thanks Plants, found over Insta @thanksplants.co. Aisling was such a pleasure to speak to. She has a wide, varied and exciting career path behind her. When she moved home to Ireland from Malaysia, she decided to set up her own business in the plant based diet world - after seeing how successful and lucrative this space was for other countries. She now stocks her own meatless meats in well known supermarkets all around Ireland and she divulges how she did all this in a relatively short period of time throughout this episode.
