HI AGAIN! Here, I share my story on how I moved from higher education in architecture to a copywriter at a global brand (part 1), and the 4 key ingredients I think helped get me there (part 2). It was no easy feat and a VERY stressful, confusing time throughout early adulthood, but after 10ish years, I've finally found a job area that stimulates me (the 'what' and 'where'), allows me to utilise MY skills and talents (the 'how'), and solidifies my purpose (the 'why'). Quick note: Environments/companies/industry culture can really dictate our work life experiences, so consider that throughout your journey—it's not just on you. There are also many societal barriers working against different folk. This is solely my lived experience and not at all meant to be your truth. To skip straight to the 4 tools, go to: 20mins(ish) in. _______ Hope you're doing well. It''s a hard time to establish or change careers. It's also a RUDDY hard, emotional year so don't overburden yourself! Thanks for listening --- Send in a voice message: https://podcasters.spotify.com/pod/show/themobilementor/message
