“Like, that's a big deal that, you know, people save, for maybe two years for that $25,000. But if we can get that thing doubling every three to five years, and if you look at when they, maybe you do it every two years, or maybe every year you put another 25 grand in there, at some point when deals start going full cycle, you're creating this income that is essentially, it's just, it's tax advantaged income that you don't have to go to work for. And if you do get laid off from your job, like I got laid off from my jobs two times, it feels, you have a whole new freedom once your core expenses are covered in your household.”

While still working his corporate job, he began investing his extra capital in real estate and eventually shifted to passive investing through a syndication model. After being laid off, Randy focused his energy on the Fund-to-Fund model and building his own business. He has helped over 100 investors find opportunities since 2022, with a goal to help 100 investors become millionaires before the end of 2030.
