Some people would say that starting a business with friends or family is risky, but for Matt Rogan it was a no-brainer.
In September 2011, Matt, alongside his wife Claire and friend, Gareth Balch, set up Two Circles – a successful data driven sports agency that helps sports organisations build direct relationships with sports and fans.
After selling the company twice, Matt is now the Founder and Director of Rogan sport – a portfolio career he has built and is also a Non-Executive Director at the English Institute of Sport.
In this episode of The Merri-Cast, Matt explains what it was like to start a business as part of a team, the importance of having an outlet, playing “hard to get” with clients and much more.
