It’s easy to have a negative and short-lived view of marriage when we reflect on the statistics of around half of marriages failing in modern society. There are undoubtedly toxic and abusive situations that are unsalvageable, but we wanted to explore the ways in which we sometimes self-sabotage and how our perfect picture of marriage doesn’t leave space for the growth that arises with challenges after the wedding. It’s important to remember to hold onto why we chose marriage and also reflect on the core tenants that bring two people together.

How can we mold a partnership and atmosphere where we stick with marriage when it's easier to quit? Watch as our host duo Rachel Calland and Sinead Minkah are joined by guest Abiké Abu in the Magnify Studio for Ep 33 Where Are We Going Wrong with Modern Marriage?
