In this Episode, I have a very special guest Julia Marchant. She has been a Notary for over 15 years and started out in a small local bank in Blue Ridge, Georgia in 2006. She Currently is a Florida Registered Paralegal that has worked in the practice areas of real estate and probate. This provided her with a lot of experience with loan documents and deeds. She recently was looking for a side hustle and thought notarize.com would be something easy to do to generate some extra income. They wanted her to complete a course from the NNA and about half way through the course, she realized it was a loan signing agent course. So, she started doing some research on loan signing and found out it could be a good side hustle for her.
