Fantastic conversation with two of my good friends, Aaron Moore and Danny Levitt from JVM Lending. The Home Buying Process is for some an intimidating process, it sounds complicated, you need to give them all these financial statements, and the process is not clearly spelled out anywhere. So we are here to spell it out for you step by step, and bust some myths like, "I heard I have to have 20% down to buy a house!".
