What is it about winning that is so great?
It really isn't about beating others.
(And, if we're being honest, sometimes it might be about beating others too)
Winning is great because we achieve what we set out to achieve and have fun doing it.
If we never achieve what we set out to achieve - eventually it is no longer fun.
And if it isn't fun - eventually we find a different game to play that is more fun.
Build a winning culture by making it enjoyable and effective.
