He shares his own journey of shifting from a traditional model of ministry to a focus on disciple multiplication. Phipps emphasizes the need for ongoing coaching and accountability, as well as the importance of character and calling in the coaching relationship. He also highlights the value of community that is formed through mission-focused discipleship. Phipps encourages coaches to help individuals set specific goals and pursue them with the guidance of the Holy Spirit.
