I have never had the honour of training with this great Sensei, and in fact we have never interacted in any way shape or form. However I find myself revisiting this particular interview on a regular basis and it forms part of a motivational playlist that I have collected over the years privately. It’s important to find ways to maintain our passion and desire to continue on the path.
So in this podcast we discuss that interview and look at ways that an Aikido Sensei i have never met continues to inspire my own training, and we look at ways of creating your personal motivational playlist, inspiration is sometimes something we create.
