Welcome to The Inner Sleeve, digital liner notes for the modern world by Lights And Lines, an independent music collective and record label. Since recorded music first began the liner notes have given listeners an exclusive behind the scenes look into the artist and album. Some talk about the recording process, and others the songwriting. Some look further back at where the artist was and what they were doing at the time leading up to the recording. Sadly, in the age of streaming, these little windows into the creative process have been largely lost - and we don't think that's good enough. Instead Lights And Lines has brought liner notes up to date as podcast interviews with the artists themselves.
