Intertwine the fingers of both hands with the tips of the thumbstouching and pointing downward. Extend the index finger upward, touching them together. Bring the hands close to the heart center. Lengthen the spine and relax the shoulders by rolling them back. Hold the mudra while take deep belly breaths
