Votes have been counted and attention is now turning to who will form the next government. Labour leader Ivana Bacik and Kerry Independent TD Michael Healy-Rae believe they should be strongly considered for inclusion in a new coalition. For a time, it looked like Gerry Hutch might just become a TD. However, the man known as ‘The Monk’ ultimately fell short in Dublin Central.
