Social pressure is something we all face at one point or another. These social expectations can be a major obstacle when you're trying to get healthier or have wellness goals you want to reach. Whether it's your friends and family trying to get you to indulge in unhealthy habits or the pressure to conform to societal beauty standards, it can be tough to stay on track. This is because we naturally want to connect with others, but we can do it in a way that doesn't deter us from our wellness goals.
