Saliva's 2002 record Back Into Your System is a very imporant album for me, and helped me through a rather rough time in my young life. Full of great riffs, meaningful lyrics, killer vocals, and beautiful guitar solos, this is my favourite Saliva record. I'll talk about the funny story on how Chad Kroger was responsible for getting me into the band, some background on the record, discuss each song track by track and have some fun along the way explaining why Back Into Your System by Saliva is an Album That Made Me!
This episode is also very imporant to me, as it is on a somber note as longtime Saliva Lead guitarist Wayne Swinny passed away a couple of weeks ago, and I couldn't think of any better way to pay tribute then to crack open an ice cold beer and talk about my favourite record he was a part of!
If you are able to please donate to the GoFun me setup for Wayne's Family, every dollar helps.
