We discuss male tendencies that hold women back with Jeremy Stockdale, Owner of Ylead, self-proclaimed gender ally, and originator of the "Smash the Patriarchy" Wednesday posts on LinkedIn. We discuss the various Man- terms and tendencies that Men have adopted due to societal pressures. We learn why they affect women in a negative way in the workplace, but also in family and other relationships. It's so refreshing to hear a man acknowledge these inequitable male tendencies. And his British accent doesn't hurt either! ;)

He shares a wealth of great tips and recommendations:
