Do you find that you are accidentally holding your breath throughout the day? Do you find yourself loosing your singing or speaking voice sometimes, or have less power than you used to? Your unintentional shallow breathing might be causing the diaphragm’s path to be shortened, and your pressure system and support system not working as it should. I explore some reasons that we unintentionally hold our breath throughout the day and what we can do about! When you get your diaphragm and pelvic floor working together better, it will result in more power and longevity for your voice!
