Sharon Cryan is the founder and owner of Food Nerd Inc, a fully raw vegan snack and breakfast company. Sharon obtained her law degree from Touro College and was working a commercial real estate job when she dropped everything for her passion for making delicious vegan food.
Food Nerd is a local startup based here in Buffalo NY, disguising raw sprouted fruits and vegetables and probiotics into snack form.
