In 1994, Susan Smith rolled her car into a nearby body of water, drowning her two small sons. The ensuing investigation and trial were a media firestorm. 30 years later, she’s up for parole with many folks saying she shouldn’t be released or even deserves the death penalty. Hannah Miller and Dr. Robert Jackson discuss the details of the tragedy and whether Susan Smith’s 30 years in prison is a sufficient Biblical and Constitutional punishment.
