Show Notes: Hurricane Ida resulted in a major housing disaster for portions of Louisiana, something the state has faced for several recent events. The state created and implemented a FEMA supported program using travel trailers as a non-congregate, shelter option. We will examine the program and find out how it may benefit other areas facing a major recovery effort.
