Variants
Man, The Will Jack variant of Batman 154 is beautiful. For real. All 14 of the Absolute Superman variants are dope as hell, with Jim Lee, Tyler Kirkham, and Clayton Crain’s being my favorite. Puppeteer Lee variant for Poison Ivy 27 I love, The Sweeney Boo JSA #1 variant, Action Comics #1074 by Sebastian Fiumara, and most definitely the one that I want to get the most, stock or virgin I wouldn’t care, Artgerm’s Batgirl #1 variant. Sweet Baby Assassins, that’s beautiful.
Issues
Plastic Man No More! #3 –Patrick O’Brien’s life sucks, but I’m having a damn good time reading it. 8.5/10
DC Horror Presents: Creature Commandos #2 – It’s flat out cool. Getting to know the commandos, and how they’re going to work together. 8.5/10
Little Batman: Month One #1 – Batman keeps his beard. Damian asks Bruce who taught him most of his martial arts and he answers “Your Graaaa actually let’s talk about that some other time. If you enjoy the silliness of the movie Merry Little Batman, you’ll enjoy this book. I sure did. 8/10
My Adventures with Superman #6 – This is a really really great ending to this emotional Amazo story. I really mean it when I say give this series a read. 8.5/10
Batman & Scooby Doo Mysteries #11 – Book reviews by Dash - I loved this issue. There are literally NO problems. Lots of action scenes, story, everything you want. The art was super good, but it used caption boxes and not thought balloons and I like the balloons. 9.9/10
