I’m Cecelia - wife, mom, daughter, sister, and friend. I’ve moved a lot as a military spouse, and I’ve had the pleasure of making new friends in communities around the globe. Keeping those friendships going has been an honor and a privilege. Still, I don’t get to see or talk to my friends as often as I would like.
