The pair present the many advantages of being white in business, and contrast it against the many challenges black women are facing. White girl energy is NOT so much so a rant, as it is a way of digging deep within ourselves to ask the very uncomfortable question, “If the color of my skin or the texture of my hair didn’t matter, would I still be afraid to do *INSERT THING THAT SOCIETY SAYS YOU CAN’T DO*?” It’s a way of shifting your mindset so that you no longer feel limited with what you can do.
