18 months of going solo has been nothing but soul expanding.
After being in a relationship for 20 years with my ex husband, being single and was not always a walk in the park.
Being alone is scary, especially if there are kids involved and you have to take care of everything on your own but for me it was also a journey of coming back home, to myself.
In this episode I share a full circle moment when I attended my first 3-day Millioniare Mind Intensive with T. Harv Eker in February 2020 and how the Arrow Break exercise shattered my Fear of Solitude. It was after that conference I went home and asked for divorce.
After three years I am going to the seminar again on April, 14th and I am excited and nervous to see what fears hve been holding me back from my limitlesness. Stay tuned for that and follow my IG stories to get a BTS glimse of the event www.instagram.com/dijanallugolli
What happened between the day I walked into our home in February 2020, to actual separation in October 2021 ... covid mainly but also my fear of riding life alone.
Solitude has been an incredible spiritual practice that trully helped me to:
1. know myself
2. love myself
3. surrender and to trust the Universe
Few resources that I mentioned in the episode and I highly recommend:

"As your body moves, your brain grooves."
- Jim Kvik
