Today I talk about a book that has helped me: 'Man’s Search For Meaning' by Viktor Frankl.
The book applies equally to men and women and I can recommend it to anyone who is being abused or going through tough times.
One of the ways of coping with the trauma that we get from abuse and alienation and the Family Court is by exploring stories of adversity.
Examples of coping adversity don't get much more difficult than, of course, a concentration camp in World War Two, which is where Viktor Frankl's book is set.
