Sian is the Senior Learning and Talent Manager at Opel Vauxhall Finance, and she has worked in the field of talent and HR for over 20 years. I have been very fortunate to get to know Sian and her team over the last couple of years helping them to develop their company-wide mentoring programme. She also coaches school aged girls and their parents about their career options through her coaching business Start Sooner. Today, we’ll be talking all things coaching and mentoring.
