Every interaction with a client is an opportunity to strengthen your bond and relationship with them. But in order to engage in effective communication, advisors must first learn the art of connecting through and using a variety of different “communication love languages.”
In this episode, Libby shares with you the nuances of how to execute an effective communications audit within your financial planning business. This exercise breaks down all the different ways you are communicating to make sure you are effectively speaking in a variety of mediums.
