In the wake of the recent CrowdStrike incident, Tim and Tom welcome Greg Satell, co-founder of ChangeOS, a transformation and change advisory, and author of "Cascades: How to Create a Movement that Drives Transformational Change." Greg shares his journey from running a media organization during Ukraine's Orange Revolution to becoming an expert in organizational change and innovation.
