Gretchen is a Master Food Safety Advisor which means she is up-to-date on what the safest way to preserve what you grown. Back in the day, there were a lot of food born illnesses but with certification or education, this can be avoided. If you are using an "old" family recipe, this is a great show to learn about how acidity levels have changed over the years and how to adjust for modern preservation.
