Gaby Moreno, is a Guatemalan singer-songwriter and guitarist. Her music ranges from blues, jazz, soul to R&B. Moreno sings both in English and Spanish. In 2013, she won the Best New Artist Award at the Latin Grammys and since that time has built a considerable following throughout the US, Latin America and Europe although some may know her best for her theme from the Amy Poehler sitcom Parks and Recreation. In today's episode, Cris talks to Gaby about her career, growing up in Guatemala and her hopes for the future for both her country and her career.
