Tax insurance and representation and warranty insurance have become common in M&A deals over the past two decades, but the use of those products continues to evolve as transactions become more complex.

Jordan discusses the most common uses of tax insurance in M&A deals, trends in how tax insurance and RWI claims have been processed and paid, and how these insurance products will evolve to cover more aspects of M&A deals.
