On this week's Corner Blitz Podcast, we speak with the MHSAA 5A girls three-peaters in track and field, the Ole Brook Lady Panthers; and the Ole Brook boys, who've won two of the last three state titles. Head coaches Darien Dorsey and Tonya Johns bring along state champion student athletes Jasmine Robertson, Ariyana Graham, Xavier Gayten and Coderro McDaniel. They tell us about training the body by feeding it Wendy's baconator fries, and most importantly, training the mind for track and field events. Coach Bill Wallace guest hosts with Adam and they also get into the biggest coaching carousel in high school sports in Southwest Mississippi anyone can remember, the sheer awesomeness of college softball and how criminally unfair it is the NCAA expects FCS and non-football Division One schools to help pay out the $2.8 billion settlement it owes to 20,000 athletes because universities got fat on major college football money and hoarded the wealth to themselves all those years.
