We limit ourselves by not facing our fears. However, I think it is just an error in language... the energy you feel when you hear the word... or say the word fear... it can be changed. You can come into a new relationship with what fear is saying to you. And when you are in a new relationship with what is outside of you, you may understand that you also have the power to change the relationship with what goes on inside of you.
We are in love with joy. We get high on it. What if you can also be in love with fear? In love with your voids? What would you need to think about your experience of unease, your experience of fear that will allow you to welcome those feelings and use them to brighten and energize your life?
