You ask them a question. Then the other person starts talking. And continues talking. Aaaaaaand continues talking even more! 5 min and no sign of stopping. You feel panic coming up inside. In this episode, I share some techniques how we can use some coaching methods to respectfully work with someone who shows this behavior! As a coach, we have a surprising array of options available to us. And interrupting is just one of them. But more about that later!
