Howe Institute - A foreign service officer, John Weekes served as Canada’s Chief Negotiator for the NAFTA and then as our Ambassador to the World Trade Organization before a distinguished career in the private sector. - Tim Sargent is Senior Fellow and Director of Domestic Policy at the Macdonald Laurier Institue.
