The effects of burnout on students and on those closest to us play a role in our relationships. In this episode, I’m delving into the student perspective of teacher burnout by interviewing my oldest daughter, Hannah. Our conversation provides a unique insight into what it's like being in a classroom with an overwhelmed teacher, how it affects their learning, and what she thinks can be done to support teachers during these difficult times.
