About Episode

I spent most of my life controlled by my emotions. I was a victim of “I will do it later”. Or “Just one more episode.” It became this really debilitating cycle where I would choose the feeling of not wanting to complete the task over the need to do it. Becoming healthy, going sober and even mastering timeliness were areas of my life I desired to be freed from. A moment happened when I realized, what if I start small? What if I chose to fold my laundry right when it was done? What if I put the dishes in the dishwasher right away? It was years of doing the small things consistently that led to the breakthrough of sobriety and emotional eating. I know you too can overcome the battle of procrastination vs discipline. Join me as I encourage you to take the steps beginning with everyday tasks to unlock the freedom you desire.

  • Growth is a choice
  • Discipline is hard, and doesn’t come easy
  • “Discipline is doing something long after the feeling of doing it is gone.”
  • You can be freed from procrastination with practicing discipline
  • The disappointment from not being disciplined will have a greater impact on your mentally than actually doing what you needed to do
  • You can create joy in practicing discipline by using the habit stacking rule
  • As a result of practicing discipline it becomes who you are and then you do everything how you do one thing
  • You become the person people can count on, who shows up on time, who goes above and beyond
